General Terms and Conditions
  • Tour prices are per person or per group based with sharing accommodation as specified in your individual proposal
  • Tour, Hotel, Resort, Transport rates are net and non-commissionable and includes all taxes.
  • The prices are subject to change without prior notice in the event of government tax revisions, Change or fluctuation of currency used, Change of Transport-Hotel or related site entry fees without prior notice.
  • Tickets obtained to visit archeological sites will not be refunded if you cancel the tour last minute or whilst on tour (No refund for un-utilized tickets).
  • Kid’s entry tickets for the ages of 2+ to 11.99 are costed as 50% or special rates applicable at sites for all guests plus SAARC region clientele. It is a must that clients take passport of kids to prove ages at entry to avoid being charged as full. In case at such intervals the difference of cost will have to be borne by the guests on the spot whilst any related costs like extra transport to go back and forth to bring a valid ID or passport to site in case they forget will be extra costs charged to client/s.
  • Failure to produce a valid ID or Passport to prove child age 2+ to 11.99 years will result being charged as adult and these costs will be recovered on the spot from guests on tour.
  • Once a tour is booked and confirmed any client engaging in tours do not take part in any included activity due to age, sickness, and or any other barrier costs included in the tour price is not refundable at any time.
  • Star ratings are for guidance purpose only.
  • Services as per availability at the time of request.
  • Tour programs could be changed or re-routed due to natural causes or unavoidable other conditions which are beyond our control. Such changes will be done in consultation with guests locally as and when required for the best interest of the safety and comfort of guests.
  • Any complaints and or compensation relating to issues arising in a hotel and or involving any third party supplier will be investigated separately and reported back within 14 days of receiving such a complaint, following the investigation and according to final decision arrived any compensation will be provided to guests thereafter. It is not the responsibility of Holiday Plan DMC Pvt Ltd and or its management to be responsible for such issues which are beyond our control or management.
  • In the very unlikely event of any accident or personal injury during any part of the tour the responsibility of damage caused for any personal effects, or Bodily will be at clients own risk. Holiday Plan DMC (Pvt) Ltd, its owing company, Chairman or Directors related to the company and or the suppliers engaged are not responsible for such losses or damages caused. All clients are reminded to have their own travel insurance with sufficient coverage for all unforeseen tragedies including accidental, evacuation and repatriation covered.
  • All tour programs are developed in consultation with the responsible tour operator, officer, consultant, or directly with the touring party involved who is in charge of the particular booking and it is understood that all services listed are reviewed, understood and accepted for execution once all is finalized and confirmed.
  • Once a tour is accepted, confirmed, finalized, on execution no deviations are allowed and any service un-utilized are non-refundable. Extra costs due to deviations are charged directly from the touring clients on the spot (i.e. Extra transport, meals, extra and all personal expenses)
  • Any last minute changes above and beyond the accepted, confirmed, finalized offer will be entertained only with extra cost payable locally.
  • Tour costs are provided precisely to the number of persons on individual tour/s offer, any additional pax joining adult/kids will have to be charged extra as per guidelines set by contracts with hotels and suppliers. Reduction of any tour group size automatically results increase in tour price charged.
  • NO outsiders will be entertained in the vehicle for safety and security issues of guests, unless otherwise the client/s inform us well in advance of any joining persons (see extra costs in Case of pax joining for meals or hotel stays etc).
  • Smoking & consumption of food or alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the vehicle during the tours or transfers. Any such actions leading to the damage or cleanliness of the vehicle costing extra to the upkeep of the vehicle will be charged to guests directly (Min cost Rs 15,000 to fully clean a vehicle or more depending on the severity of the damage caused etc). It is important all vehicles end the tours without being damaged or unclean beyond quick clean up due to rolling tours one after the other.
  • In the event you are not able to meet with the vehicle on time for the pick-up of the tours or transfers, please make your OWN TRANSFER and TRANSPORT arrangements accordingly. This is to avoid any disruption of pick-up times for you and all of our other valued guests. IN case of private vehicle please liaise with your guide / driver-guide for transfer/tour times with flexibility.
  • There will be no refunds provided for any missed transfers. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 2 hours after the scheduled ETA of your flight.
  • Any requests for the amendment of the pickup timings should be advised 2 days in advance before the tour or transfer begins.
  • If you require any further assistance or information regarding your programme, kindly contact our representative’s hotline number provided to you in advance.
  • Each passenger will be allowed 1 standard sized suitcase & 1 hand bag. Any additional luggage will be carried as per space availability of the assigned vehicle or you will have to deposit them at lockers available at airport or otherwise..
  • The pickup for tours & transfers may be delayed by 10 – 15 mins, due to the traffic in the area or other unforeseen situations, for any emergency please call the hotline number provided.
  • At any point in the tour if you organize private or own accommodation the driver-guide, Guide provided by us must be provided with acceptable quality accommodation to sleep over and the meals related. If you cannot meet these requirements an extra on the spot payment of USD 35 per day will be charged directly from you to find suitable accommodation and or meals for the driver-guide or Guide we provide.
  • Optional activities are organize on request and on availability and charged directly from guest/s on the spot.
  • All visits to Parks, Sites and Touring places at client/s own risk
  • Tour inclusions are found in your individual tour proposal please read them carefully (Hotels, Transport, Sightseeing activities and Entry – Monument fees)

General cancellation Policy

  1. 21 days or less : 100 % cancellation charged.
  2. Between 21-30 days : 50 % cancellation charged.
  3. Above 30 days : No cancellation provided there are no advance payments or commitments to third parties who involve the services of this tour.
